I do like the clothes and the quality seems solid, something about it feels nicer than average. But the prices are kind of high for what you get. The sale items feel a lot more reasonable. Overall not bad, I’m just not totally sure the value is always there.

The shipping was just okay. It arrived later than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but I’ll give them credit, the packaging was solid and everything showed up in good condition.

I ordered a jacket from Pauw and I’ve got to say, the quality is really lovely. The fabric feels sturdy, the stitching is clean, and it definitely has that well-made feel to it. The fit was pretty much what I expected too, which was a relief. I did think the price was a bit steep at first, but once you see the craftsmanship, it makes more sense. Still pricey, but not in a careless way

I had a decent time browsing the PAUW website. The layout is clean, the photos look good, and I didn’t have to hunt around too much to find things. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, which got on my nerves a bit.
The checkout did work in the end, but it felt like it dragged more than it needed to. There were a couple of extra steps, and I found myself checking my details again and again just to make sure nothing went wrong. Not a disaster, but i just wanted to pay and be done with it.
Overall, it’s a nice-looking site and easy enough to use, but the buying part could definitely be smoother. For the kind of prices they charge, I expected the whole process to feel a bit more polished and less fiddly.

I’d say the sizing was accurate overall. It fit me well enough and felt about how I expected.

This place just isn’t for me. The clothes are way too plain, and the selection is so small that I got bored almost immediately. I don’t have the patience to dig around when there’s barely anything to choose from.

I had to send back a sweater from pauw.com because the size just wasn’t quite right. The return process was easy to follow, and I appreciated that I didn’t have to email or chase anyone to figure out what to do.

The refund showed up faster than I expected, I think just a few days after they received the item. even if the sizing was a little off for me, the return was handled smoothly enough that I’d be happy to order again.
